  • Tourism Business License (SIUP-PARIWISATA): We hold a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP) / Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP), the official license required by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) to operate as a tour and travel agency. Our license number is available for verification upon request.
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer in Indonesia (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), fulfilling all fiscal obligations as required by the Directorate General of Taxes.
  • Mandatory Company Registration (NIB): We possess a Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, which serves as our primary business identity number.

Operational Safety Standards

  • Vehicle Fleet & Driver Vetting:
    • All vehicles in our fleet are modern (under 5 years of age) and undergo a strict, documented maintenance schedule.

    • Our drivers are professionally trained in defensive driving and customer service, and all hold a valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A).

    • For all marine excursions to Nusa Penida, the Gili Islands, or Komodo, we exclusively charter vessels that hold a valid Surat Persetujuan Berlayar (SPB) from the local port authority (Syahbandar) for each voyage.
    • All partner vessels are certified by the Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (BKI) and are equipped with SOLAS-compliant safety equipment, including life rafts, life jackets for all passengers and crew, GPS, and ship-to-shore radios.
